Rail firm apologises to travellers

A rail firm have published an apolgy to customers following disruption to services over the weekend.
Passengers on Grand Central trains are being advised of how to claim, following cancellations and delays.
They operate services on the East Coast Main Line from Sunderland to London King's Cross.
According to the firm the extended hot weather, caused engine and air condition problems, leaving them unable to run a full service.
